1. What currency is your shop in?
We accept any currency and have a toggle that allows you to view our prices in different currencies. Please keep in mind that this is only for visual purposes and during checkout, you will see final prices in usd (u.s. dollars) which is our home currency.

2. How long is delivery and what are the shipping costs?
Shipping takes 7-14 business days for delivery with tracking. We ship worldwide! You will receive tracking via email once shipped. These time estimations do not include order processing time.

3. What is your refund policy?
if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, we are happy to help out your situation! we will guarantee to help refund or reship cases of defected products or non-arrivals. 

4. Can i cancel or amend my recent order?
we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or amend your recent order once your order is successfully placed with us! if we have it packaged or shipped already, we are unable to. If you have any second thoughts please contact us asap so we can look into it further.
